1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods or seasonal launches, processing may take up to 5 business days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to provide the most efficient shipping methods available.

Standard Shipping: Estimated 7–14 business days (depending on destination).

Express Shipping: Estimated 3–7 business days (available for select items).
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing for international shipments.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Apex Deployment Gear LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Lost Packages
Apex Deployment Gear LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. International Shipping Policy
We ship to customers worldwide. Please ensure that the tactical gear or equipment ordered complies with your local laws and regulations. We are not responsible for items seized by customs due to local restrictions.
7. Returns & Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery shipping costs. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
