Apex Deployment Gear Return Policy
Returns & Trial Period We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in original, resalable condition—unworn in the field, free of pet hair/debris, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Exchanges & Sizing The most efficient way to handle a size exchange (e.g., swapping a Medium V1 Harness for a Large) is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size simultaneously.
Damages & Mission Readiness Please inspect your gear immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at apexdeploymentgear@gmail.com with a photo of the issue so we can fast-track a replacement.
Exceptions

Custom Gear: Personalized items or custom-stamped patches cannot be returned.

Sale Items: All sales on "Clearance" or "End of Season" items are final.

Sanitary Goods: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show significant wear or biological debris (mud, heavy fur, etc.).
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
